Our store policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange against your return under any circumstance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned cannot be returned. We also do not accept return of the products such as Licensed 3D Scanner, Bed Sticker, Support or Spare Components & 3D Filament.
Non-Returnable items include:
3D Filaments (Include Any Size or Material)
3D Scanners - Sense, Structure Sensor etc.
3D Printed Parts - Custom made 3D Printed Parts through 3D Printing Services
3D Printers - Custom made for Specific purpose or with Specific Features.
Support & Spare Items - Sensor, Nozzle, Bed Sticker, Glue Stick etc.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order No & Order Date). Any damage incurred to the items while returning them back for replacement or exchange, the sender has to bear the cost of damage incurred.
Once your return is received and inspected by our operations team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment, within 14 days of approval on refund. In case of any additional details required for processing the refund our team will get in touch with request for additional details for processing refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for return items are non-refundable. If you items are Un-delivered and returned, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR.20000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless a tracking ID is supplied to us for the return item once upon dispatching.
The Customer is entitled to claim warranty of the 3Ding product within the warranty period of One Year from the date of purchase of the product as mentioned in the invoice. The copy of the invoice and / or serial number of the product must be attached with the claim.

In the event of a claim of warranty, the technical engineer and the support engineer of The Company has the right to determine if the claim is legitimate.
When the technical engineer or the support engineer of The Company finds the warranty claim inappropriate, the claim may be nullified.
When technical engineer or support engineer of The Company finds that the physical damage imposed on the product by an individual or an entity is masked as a legitimate claim of warranty, the serial number and invoice number of the product will be blacklisted and is not eligible for any form of support or warranty from The Company in the future.
The terms under which the severity of the claim is mentioned as follows
Any claim made due to loss of extrusion, problem with bed calibration or bed leveling, problem with print quality and print resolution, or loss of response from the printer due to improper settings of the software and hardware falls under low severity and is given low priority of support.
Any low severity claim made will be handled by sending generalized online material or manual to solve the issue.
Any claim made due to improper movement of the extruder head, loss of response from the printer, improper functioning of motors or failing of prints falls under medium severity and is given minimum priority of support.
Any medium severity claim will be handled by providing specific material other than the manual over the telephone or mail to solve the issue.
Any claim made due to loss of functioning of thermistor, hotend or motors which involves replacement of the part is covered under high severity and is given maximum priority of support.
Any maximum priority claim made will be handled by constant monitoring over VoIP applications such as Whats App Video Calls or Google Meeting (Calls)
